In the table below you can find all payment methods available on Porzelino, that we offer to our domestic customers. Amazon Pay

Pay for your order with your existing Amazon account. Amazon Pay is available to you within the order process as well as an express checkout on the item pages. To do this, click AmazonPay in the basket or on one of the item pages and use the shipping and payment information you have already stored for your purchase at Porzelino. After you have selected the desired payment method and shipping address, you can complete the purchase. Your payment information remains with Amazon and will not be passed on to us. In addition, you enjoy the buyer protection of the Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee with every order.

Apple Pay

Pay quickly and easily with Apple Pay. To pay with Apple Pay, you need an Apple device, an Apple ID and a credit card. Please note that this payment method will only be displayed within the ordering process if your device supports it.

Bancontact

With Bancontact you pay your order conveniently from your current account. Bancontact is only available to our Belgian customers. All you need is a current account at a participating bank and a card with a Bancontact logo or optionally the Bancontact app. After our ordering process, you have the choice between entering your card information and paying via app. Enter your Bancontact card number and you will be taken to your bank's familiar online banking environment. After successfully logging in and entering your PIN, you can confirm transaction. You will then be taken back to our online store.

Bank Transfer

After successful order you will receive an order confirmation from us immediately with all required payment information. With the included payment information payments from abroad are also possible without any problems. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check the SPAM folder of your eMail inbox.

Belfius

With Belfius you pay your order conveniently from your Belfius account. Belfius is exclusively available to our Belgian customers. Once you have selected Belfius as your payment method, you can make your payment either via the Belfius smartphone app or the Belfius online banking area. After successfully confirming the payment, you will be taken back to our online store where you can complete the order.

Blik

With BLIK, you can authenticate your order quickly and securely. BLIK is a one-time-use payment method. When you wish to pay with BLIK, simply request a 6-digit code from your banking app and enter it into the designated field on our site. Shortly after, you'll receive a push notification on your mobile phone, prompting you to authorize the payment in your banking app. Please note that the BLIK code is valid for only 2 minutes. Once the payment is successfully confirmed, you will be redirected back to our online store.

Cash on Delivery

With the payment option cash on delivery you pay only upon receipt of the goods conveniently and securely at your doorstep or when picking up the shipment at a post office branch by EC card or your POSTCARD. Our logistics partner is DHL. When paying cash on delivery, we charge a cash on delivery fee of € 6.90 in addition to the shipping costs. We offer cash on delivery shipping only within Germany.

Cash Payment Upon Collection

Pick up your order from us and pay cash. After receiving the order confirmation, please contact us either by phone or email to arrange a pick-up date. We are also happy to arrange an appointment with you at the weekend or outside our business hours.

Credit Card

Pay for your order with your credit card. All leading credit card brands worldwide, such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express, are accepted. In the ordering process, simply enter your credit card information in the corresponding fields of the online form and confirm the payment.

eps

With eps you pay your order conveniently from your current account. The eps bank transfer is only available to our Austrian customers. All you need is a current account at a participating bank. If you have chosen eps as payment method, please select your bank after the order process. There you can log into the personal area of your online banking. The payment details have already been transferred automatically. After checking and confirming the payment, you can complete your purchase there.

Giropay

With Giropay, you can pay for your order conveniently from your current account. A prerequisite is a current account activated for online banking at a participating bank. After the order process, you only need to select your bank from the list of participating banks and log into your online banking. After checking the payment details already entered, you can confirm the payment and complete your purchase.

iDeal

iDeal is one of the most used payment methods in the Netherlands. With iDeal you pay your order conveniently from your current account. All you need is a current account at a participating bank. If you have chosen iDeal as your payment method, select your bank after the order process. There you can log into the personal area of your online banking. The payment details have already been transferred automatically and only need to be confirmed. After successful confirmation of the payment you will be redirected to our online store.

Invoice

Pay your order only 14 days after you have received the goods. The invoice is enclosed with the order and contains all the relevant information you need for the transfer. We take care of the processing and the credit check ourselves. No data will be passed on to external service providers.

KBC

With KBC you pay your order conveniently from your KBC account. KBC is only available for our Belgian customers. All you need is a KBC account. If you have chosen KBC as your payment method, you must first select KBC or CBC. You will then be redirected to your familiar online banking environment, where the payment information is already stored. Here you can now decide whether to approve the payment via your card reader or by sending the payment to your smartphone app using a QR code. After successful confirmation of the payment you will be redirected to our online store.

Klarna Invoice

With Klarna Invoice you pay your order only between 14 and 30 days after the goods have been shipped. Klarna checks your creditworthiness to determine whether payment on account can be granted. After a successful credit check, you will receive a payment instruction directly from Klarna.

Klarna Pay Later

With Klarna installment purchase with flexible or fixed rates, you can pay at your own pace and spread the cost over up to 24 months. You submit a one-time credit application to Klarna during the ordering process and receive an immediate decision. If the decision is positive, you will receive a monthly invoice from Klarna that can be paid by bank transfer or with one click in the Klarna app.

Klarna Pay Now

With Klarna Pay now you can pay securely by instant bank transfer using your own online banking details. Pay your order easily and conveniently with your PayPal account. If you select PayPal as payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page during the order process and back to Porzelino.de after completing the payment. Here you can complete your order.

PayPal Direct

PayPal Direct is available as an express checkout on the item page and in the basket and offers the possibility of a shortened ordering process. Clicking on the button will take you directly to the PayPal payment page. The information relevant for further purchase processing is transmitted to us directly by PayPal and does not need to be entered again during the order. After confirming the purchase in PayPal, you will be redirected back to Porzelino, where you can then complete the order.

PayPal Pay Later

With PayPal's Pay Later option, you pay for your order as usual with PayPal - but only 30 days after purchase. This option is available to you both on the item pages and in the basket as Express Checkout. Prerequisite is a German PayPal account with a bank account deposited as a source of payment and a residence in Germany.

PayPal Purchase on account with Ratepay

With PayPal purchase on account you pay your order only after receipt of the goods. The processing is done by our payment service provider PayPal in cooperation with Ratepay. Within the ordering process, a credit check is performed by Ratepay. In addition, you must agree to the terms and conditions of Ratepay. After a successful credit check, you will receive an email from Ratepay with payment instructions.

Przelewy24

Przelewy24 is a popular payment method in Poland. You pay for your order quickly and easily by bank transfer, without having to enter your data laboriously. All relevant order information is transferred from us to Przelewy24. All you have to do is select your bank and make the payment as you would for a standard bank transfer. After that you will be redirected back to Porzelino and receive the message that the payment process was successful.

SEPA Direct Debit

With the direct debit payment option, the invoice amount is automatically debited from your bank account. The collection of the direct debit is handled by our payment service provider PayPal. A PayPal account is not required and does not need to be opened. To enter your bank details, you will be forwarded to PayPal via an encrypted connection. After entering your data, PayPal performs a credit check.

Sofort.

With Sofort you can pay securely via instant bank transfer using your own online banking details.
